A translated copy of The Qur’an and Wuzu

Is it permissible to touch or read a translated copy of the Qur’aan without Wuzu?

If it contains the original Arabic of the Qur’aan then it is not permissible to touch unless the commentary (tafseer) is greater than the Qur’aan.
