I forgot to perform (Sajda-sahw)

 

After completing the Salaat with Salaams on both sides, I remembered that I had to make ‘Sajdah-Sahw’ for having omitted a Wajib act. What did I have to do?

You should have immediately made the two ‘Sajdah-Sahw,’ then recited ‘Tashahud’, ‘Durood –E-Ibrahim’ and ‘Duaa.’ Thereafter the Salaah will be terminated with Salaam as usual.
