Definition of Fardh & Wajib
What is the difference between Fardh and Wajib acts?
A Fardh act is something which is established from ‘Daleel Qatee’- sources whose authenticity cannot be refuted and to refute them would lead to disbelief (Kufr).
Wajib on the other hand is something which is established from ‘Daleel Zanee’- sources whose authenticity does not enjoy the safeguard of Fardh and to refute them would not lead to disbelief.
